  • Willkommen - Welcome

    Nun ist es soweit - wir haben uns entschieden, einen weiteren Challenge-Blog zu eröffnen, damit auch der Samstag wieder mit Leben gefüllt wird. Hier dreht sich nun wöchentlich alles um Stempel- und Karten-Techniken, die wir Euch als Challenge jeden Samstag präsentieren werden - wie immer: alles rund ums Stempeln, ob nun im niedlichen oder im Vintage-Stil, das bleibt Euch überlassen. Zeigt uns einfach Eure Werke: Karten, ATC´s, Poesie-Einträge, Sketchbooks, Moo´s, Inchies, Skinnys oder was Euch sonst noch so einfällt... Wir freuen uns !!! -------------------------------- It´s done...! We decided to bring a new Challenge Blog into being, so that saturdays are still filled with your creativity. Each Saturday we will present you a new Challenge all around stamping- and card-techniques - as usual: all about stamping. And it´s up to you if you would like to create cute or non-cute art work. So, please show us your creations: cards, ATC´s, sketchbooks, moo´s, inchies, skinnies or whatever you´re thinking about... We appreciate your work !!!

    Saturday´s-Workout ist eine Seite, die wöchentlich jeden Samstag ein neues Technik-Projekt (Stempel- wie Kartentechnik) präsentiert, das unter dem Gebrauch Eurer Stempel bewerkstelligt werden sollte. Eure Werke präsentiert Ihr dann auf Eurem Blog und zusätzlich stellt Ihr einen Direkt-Link zu "Saturday´s Workout" ein, so dass alle User unseres Challenge-Blogs in der Lage sind, Eure Projekte auf Eurem Blog zu kommentieren. ----------------------- Saturday´s-Workout is a site, offering weekly - each saturday - a new techique-task (stamping- as well as card-techniques), which should be solved by using your stamps and your card-craft-knowledge. Your art work should be posted on your blog by mentioning "Saturday´s Workout" as a direct-link. Afterwards you may post a comment on our site by setting a permalink to your blog-adress which shows your current creation.

SaWo No 12 - “Your Raster Screen”

Und schon wieder ist eine Woche vergangen und mit dem heißen Wetter haben unsere Köpfe um die Wette geraucht, um das neue Thema für diese Woche zu finden… *lach* Und wir haben uns für eine weitere Technik entschieden, die Euch hoffentlich Spaß machen wird, die Raster-Technik. Hier könnt Ihr Euch so richtig austoben und wir freuen uns schon auf Eure kreativen Werke !

Sandy und Heike haben Euch auch diesen Samstag wieder zwei Beispielkärtchen gebastelt - eines eher aus dem Vintage-, das andere aus dem Niedlich-Bereich… Besucht uns gerne auf unseren Blogs, dort findet Ihr wie immer detaillierte Infos zu den Karten…

Again one week has gone by and our heads turned as hot as the summer-sun *lol* but we found another interesting challenge for you: raster-technique ! A theme with so many possibilities - we are highly expecting your creative work.


Sandy and Heike have created two sampler-cards for you as every week - one representing the vintage-, the other one the cute-style. For further information how we have managed them please do not hesitate to visit our blogs…

Raster means: split your paper in several parts (as our sampler cards show). This could be made by using pens or for example - as Sandy and Heike did - by using ink and a piece of rough paper (or post-its) which you place on your card and wipe with the ink over the edges / borders. By changing the direction of the rough paper you will get a raster-pattern.
